Life gets heavy—and you don’t have to carry it alone. I support children, teens, adults, older adults & caregivers as they navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I have a deep passion for helping caregivers and families manage the emotional impact of aging, role changes, and stress. Whether you’re overwhelmed, feeling stuck, or simply seeking a space to feel seen and heard—therapy can offer support, clarity, and healing. Together, we’ll explore your story, strengthen your coping tools, and walk at your pace toward renewed balance, peace, and connection.

As a trauma-informed therapist and art therapist, I integrate creative and evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy. Together, we’ll use both verbal and nonverbal tools to explore your story, deepen self-understanding, and create a holistic, personalized path to healing.
