I support teens, young adults, and adults who’ve experienced trauma—whether from relationships, childhood, or events that left lasting impact. My approach is calm, grounded, and trauma-informed, with a focus on creating emotional safety and building trust at your pace. Many of my clients come in carrying shame, hyper-independence, or a sense of disconnection. Together, we work to gently unpack what’s beneath the surface, reconnect with your voice, and move toward healing without pressure or judgment. Your story deserves to be held with care.

As a trauma therapist, I offer a compassionate, personalized approach using IFS, DBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy. I also incorporate holistic practices to support mind–body healing. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I help you safely explore, heal, and build a stronger sense of self.
