Child-Based Play Therapy
Through play—their natural language—children can safely explore emotions, build coping skills, and grow self-esteem. We work with kids ages 5+, adjusting for younger children as needed. Sessions (50–55 min) offer a supportive space for emotional healing.
Family involvement is encouraged, and we offer a comprehensive, collaborative approach that includes engaging with schools and/or doctors when needed to provide extra support and strengthen the systems around your child.
BENEFITS TO PLAY THERAPY

Help children and teens navigate stress, emotions, and relationships
Build resilience and self-confidence for a stronger sense of identity
Strengthen family connections and improve communication
