Child-Based Play Therapy

Through play—their natural language—children can safely explore emotions, build coping skills, and grow self-esteem. We work with kids ages 5+, adjusting for younger children as needed. Sessions (50–55 min) offer a supportive space for emotional healing.

Family involvement is encouraged, and we offer a comprehensive, collaborative approach that includes engaging with schools and/or doctors when needed to provide extra support and strengthen the systems around your child.

BENEFITS TO PLAY THERAPY

Through consistent support and reflection, play therapy can:

  • Help children and teens navigate stress, emotions, and relationships

  • Build resilience and self-confidence for a stronger sense of identity

  • Strengthen family connections and improve communication

  • Support healthy coping strategies and emotional regulation

  • Provide ongoing guidance and support for parents and caregivers
