Mental health is a journey, and no one should have to face it alone. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe, supportive, space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work together towards achieving goals of meaningful growth and lasting change. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, emotional challenges, behavioral concerns, school-related difficulties, and self-esteem issues.
As a counseling intern, I provide trauma informed, client-centered care tailored to each person’s unique strengths and needs. I strive to provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care approaches that help clients build coping skills, gain new perspectives, foster resilience, and increase confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
